功能:补气养血,缓急止痛。 适应症:产后小腹隐痛,喜温喜按,恶露量少、颜色淡红,伴有头晕耳鸣,面色萎黄等症。
Step 1
乌鸡洗净留全只。将其余材料 A 塞入乌鸡腹内。Wash black chicken, stuff all herb A into the stomach of chicken.
Step 2
把填料乌鸡放入炖锅中,加入材料 B,盖上盖子放入蒸笼,大火蒸炖 1 个半小时左右,至鸡肉烂熟后取出,加入食盐适当调味即成。Place stuffed black chicken in a steamer , add in all ingredients B, cover with lid. Steam in high heat for 1 1⁄2 hour or until chicken is cooked, season with salt.
